Finding balance is more than just finding time to exercise, it’s a mindful way of living. Everything contains Yin and Yang. They are two opposite yet complementary energies. While they are totally different—opposite—in their individual qualities and nature, they cannot exist without the other; they are never separate. Nothing is absolute with Yin and Yang. The designation of something as Yin or Yang is always relative to some other thing. There is no night without day, front without back, knowing without the unknown, flow without stillness.
