Dynamic Flow Yoga – A dynamic yang style of power yoga that combines breath and movement into a sequence of poses to strengthen, squeeze and stretch your body. These classes provide challenge for regular yogis whilst also catering for those with less experience on the mat. The result is a yoga practice that rinses and detoxifies the mind and body, while building strength and flexibility on and off the mat. Expect to move, breathe, sweat, laugh and walk out feeling energised.

Warm/ Hot Flow – very similar in style to a dynamic flow class but in a room heated to 28-30 degrees for warm and 32-37 degrees for a hot class.

Hatha Flow Yoga – A flowing yoga class that focuses on balancing both yin and yang energies. These classes link the breath to a sequence of postures designed to strengthen, stretch and restore both the body and mind.

Yin – Yin yoga explores the Taoist philosophy of using asana practice, breath techniques and mental processes to restore balance in all three aspects of being – the body, mind and soul. Yin is a slow, deep practice where poses are held for long periods with the aim of improving flexibility and cultivating inner stillness. Yin focuses on stretching fascia, the connective tissue, and the energetic system that lies within the fascia of the body – the meridian lines. If disrupted, or if blockages occur within one or more of these networks the body does not function properly, Chi cannot flow, the organs won’t perform their function, and imbalances arise. When the meridians are clear and open, energy flows freely and all is well once more. Yin is the perfect complement to dynamic yoga practices. Expect to let go of stress and float out feeling lighter, calmer and more mobile!

Children’s Yoga 4-9 years – A playful, exploratory approach to yoga centred around children’s own creativity. Yoga is a wonderful way to increase children’s co-ordination, self-awareness, confidence and self-esteem while they stretch and strengthen their bodies. Through yoga, children learn to relax, concentrate and be gentle in a fun and creative environment. This weekly yoga class is for those children who love to be physically challenged, mentally stimulated but also want to have fun and make new friends along the way! Children explore their own innate energy and imagination through postures, games, meditation, and music.

Teen Yoga – There are many benefits to learning yoga as a teenager including increased strength and flexibility, improved posture, greater breath awareness, relaxation, and improved stress management, concentration and self esteem. Suitable for children and teenagers aged 10+.
