Experience new things… fill your lungs with fresh air… still your mind… deepen your yoga practice… reconnect with you.
Our aim is to set the scene so you can take time out from your busy usual routine, to rest and rejuvenate. By providing you with a peaceful weekend in a beautiful ashram; a place which is totally conducive to allowing yourself to just Be for a while, you will feel like you have been away for a week!
This retreat is for anyone thinking about getting in to Yoga for the first time, through to regular yogis looking for a chance to break away, tune in to themselves and deepen their practice.
Enjoy the beautiful countryside with a walk to the top of Glastonbury Tor, sample the local food, explore the colourful local shops.
Weekend package £350 pp based on sharing a room.
50% non refundable deposit is required to confirm your place.

What’s included: comfortable accommodation for two nights, all your healthy delicious vegetarian meals, yoga, relaxation & meditation sessions, a guided walk, sauna and lots of fresh country air.
Massage & holistic therapies are available at an extra cost, these take place in the beautiful sanctuary room, pre-booking is essential.

Your accommodation at Shekin Ashram
Shekin Ashram is a bhakti yoga ashram, situated on the side of Chalice Hill at the base of Glastonbury Tor within easy walking distance to the town centre.
Facilities include: Sauna, Wifi, Parking and a team of holistic practitioners and body workers offering a range of therapies.
Please respect the ashram and yourself by observing the smoke, caffeine and alcohol free policy in the house and garden.
Children are welcome at the ashram.
Breakfast – ‘Superfood’ smoothie, fresh and dried fruit and nuts, muesli and cereals with rice and Soya milk and Soya yoghurt and herbal teas
Lunch – our vegan lunch menu typically consists of a variety of seasonal vegetables, a main cooked dish accompanied with a grain or rice sider and a selection of fresh salads
Dinner – soup, salads and fresh bread
Herbal teas are provided throughout your stay
All meals are healthy, delicious, vegan and gluten free. Please let us know your dietary requirements and we will accommodate you.

4 – 6.30 Holistic Bliss – Sauna and Massages
6.30 pm Light supper
7.30 pm Restorative Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra – deep relaxation with Erin & Prue
7.00 am Vedic Fire Ceremony
9.00 am Breakfast
10.00 -12 pm Prana Flow with Prue followed by an Inversion Workshop
1.30 pm Lunch and Bliss out – free time / massage
3.30 – 4.30 pm Yoga philosophy chat and chai with Prue & Erin, bring any questions and ideas
5 pm Namaste, take your yoga home!
